Mercy Housing is proposing to develop a new 200-unit, affordable home community in the City of Sacramento. Located at 4995 Stockton Boulevard--south of the UC Davis Medical Center and proposed Aggie Square and just north of Fruitridge Road--this development will be within walking distance of public transit, grocery stores, schools, shopping, and recreation.
