4995 STOCKTON BOULEVARD
Thursday, 09/29/22: Community members may notice some noise at unusual times between 9/26/2022 and 10/6/2022, as workers connect the new building to the sewer lines below Stockton Boulevard. The Boulevard must be closed to northbound traffic while this work is performed to ensure the safety of the construction team, and therefore must be completed between the hours of 9 PM and 5 AM, when the City of Sacramento will authorize a road closure. We apologize for this temporary disruption to our construction schedule, and appreciate the support of our neighbors in guaranteeing worker safety.
Mercy Housing is proposing to develop a new 200-unit, affordable home community in the City of Sacramento. Located at 4995 Stockton Boulevard--south of the UC Davis Medical Center and proposed Aggie Square and just north of Fruitridge Road--this development will be within walking distance of public transit, grocery stores, schools, shopping, and recreation. Additionally, residents will enjoy site amenities such as landscaped green space, a community room and kitchen, ample parking, and onsite property management and resident services.
